Hi! I need help and hope that maybe you can shed some light. I have been searching for my ggggrandparents and their parents for a few years. My ggggrandparents were married in Rush County, Indiana on 04 Mar 1824 by Reuben Farlow. They are John Grace and Elizabeth Farlow. They were on the 1830 census in Rush County, living by many Farlows: Uriah, Simon, Reuben, Hiram, and George. In 1840 they are living in Hamilton County right by Uriah. In 1850 they have moved to Linn County, Iowa.

They had a grandson by the name of Ambery U. Grace. I do not know the middle name, but have wondered if it could be Uriah. I have been wondering if Elizabeth could be a daughter of Uriah's, but I need more facts. The 1850 census has her age as 44 which would put her birthyear as 1806. Also, Ambery is a popular name in my GRACE family. Do you know of any other Ambery's? I am wondering where the name came from.

Thanks!!!
Udawna Hammon
