I have tried the web address you sent(www.lrfhs.com.uk/gro.htm), but keep getting an error. Is there something I am doig wrong?
More importantly, if I have the name of my grandfather, his birth date and year and his birth place (Chorley) is that enough information to get a copy of his birth certificate?
