Hello again John,
Sorry for my bad English. It is quite common that the search goes nowhere. Other strategies can be used. I suggest that you look at the marriage records of the children of Jean Évangéliste Faubert and Angélique McCallum. Sometime, there is a notification saying that the parent is dead as a cross beside the name. Then you can deduct that the person died bfore that mariage.
I only found 1 child and the mariage of Catherine Georgiana Faubert didn't mention any dead parents. Normally, it would mean that both parent were still alive in 1911. Check with the other children that you have and let me know how it goes.
