Who is the father of Francois Faubert?

I am a little confused as to the lineage of my Francois Faubert. He married Marie-Anne Louis-Seize in 1795 in Chateauguay. The Loiselle Index lists his father as Antoine. The Faubert website has his father as Francois Xavier and then has a slightly different lineage than Tanguay suggests. Does anyone know which is correct?
