Lawrence T.D. Faulconer, Mary Frances Newman
Capt. Lawrence T. D. Faulconer (23 May 1826-?) was originally from Gordonsville, VA. He was a Captain in the Confederate Army. He also served on the first board of trustees and Town Council of Gordonsville, VA. On 14 Dec 1848, he married Mary Frances Newman (Sept 1827-?), the daughter of John and Mildred (Quisenberry) Newman. They moved to Alderson, WV, and then to Hinton where he worked on the railroad. Their children were Edward Newman, John, Beauregard, Jennie, Mary, Bettie, Ella, Lillie, and Dora.
