Yes, thanks. From the book, we have W H Faulconer and M A Morrison married in Virginia, but it stopped there. Now, we have them in Mississippi and can connect their decendants to the line.
The Faulconers connections to Scottish and English aristocracy possibly made them more conscientious in keeping records of their ancestory and therefore easier to research.
The Thomases, on the other hand, I just learned probably took the Thomas name during the Proscription of the MacGregors. We are an exact DNA match with some Mustard and Mays who found that they were originally MacGregors, but there probably won't be any documents to trace since the name was outlawed.
Who said history isn't fun!
