My mother's great-grandfather's name was Benjamin Harrison Fausey 1831-1928. She doesn't know where he was from but he died in Sandusky Co., Ohio. He was in the Civil War and was a colonel and received a gold commemorative quill fountain pen that was issued showing his rank etc. If you have any information on him I would appreciate it very much.
