Baltimore, Jan 4-Dr. Faville, local Government inspector of cattle here states that the carcasses of cattle found on the cost of England today bearing US inspection plates upon the horns, were part of a cargo of the steamship Messmere, which left Baltimore 10 Dec., bound for London. The steamship left Baltimore, 26 Nov for England with several hundred cattle aboard. Nothing has been heard of her since.
