Dear Carolyn;
I acquired the death certificate of Mrs JW Fawkes age 86, Anne Elizabeth Baughman, that reports her death on May 2, 1920 in Los Angeles. I also found a newspaper clipping recording her death and funeral. It states she was buried beside her husband in Evergreen Cemetery! The newspaper's name was The Voice. The Undertakers were French and Sons, Inc. I also acquired Joseph Wesley Fawkes(Crazy Fawkes?) death certificate. He died June 27, 1928 in Burbank and was buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Emma, his wife, filled in the form and stated his father was Joseph W. Fawkes, Sr. I would be very happy to send you copies by snail mail, or, if you wish, I can forward attachments in an email.
