The Fawkes, Faux, Fawlke + other variations of my Fox ancestors originated from Hanley Castle in Worcestershire, also in the area of the Malvern Hills. They lived there for many generations before moving on to Hartlebury in Worcestershire. I think many of them were boatmen on the River Severn. Can supply more information if it is what you are looking for.
