Fawn Family Genealogy Forum
Cindy, I've found more in the last two days than I know what to do with..... I upgraded to family tree maker 6.0, bought most of the available geneaology CDs, a CD REWRITEABLE DRIVE, another 8.4 gigabytes of storage and a 56K V.90 modem. I hit the jackpot with a Bureau of Land Management link for the Eastern US. I also added a scanner to my system and can scan the photos I have been trying to identify. I tentatively believe that the siamese twins, based on the inscription , are the daughters of Josepth Finley, Minna and Minnie Finley, born in Ohio after 1871. I found a reference to them and a nearly identical picture in a 19th century medical text called MAJOR AND MINOR TERATA (birth defects). I also believe that the rest of my photos are probably PERKINS or PERKINS in-laws. Much of your data for the FAWNS was not accurate with regard to things like middle names, etc. If you can read FTW 6.0 files, I'll email you a copy of my master file with many photos, documents, etc. scanned into the SCRAPBOOK area. Let me know if your interested and fill me in on the details. Thanks for the info by the way.
