My ancestors all came from Cefalu and Palermo Sicily around 1895 to 1910 and all of them landed in New Orleans. From there they spread out to other areas. I have been told by my daddy's sister that all the Fazzio's(Fazio) in Houma and New Orleans are related. I have found some of the information on my grandfathers side Anthony Fazzio whose father was Vincent Fazio. He could have came here with other brothers and sisters. My grandmothers father was Gaetonio Fazio whose father was Calogero Fazio and I was told by one of my great uncles that he believes that Gaetonio came here with seven brothers. I just found a relative in Dallas, Texas by comparing information just like we are doing. Write back to me and give me some more names and I can check my information. I do know we are related to the Fazzio's who have the bowling centers in New Orleans area. I have some of the family names for them. I have big gaps in the tree when it comes to the Fazzio's in New Orleans.
