I'm also looking for information about Virginia Fearneyhough/Ferneyhoughs, but don't know when they arrived there. A John Fearneyhough is listed as a witness or providing bond in three Fearneyhough marriages in Orange County, Virginia. Elizabeth FEARNEYHOUGH to Conyers Cornelius PHILLIPS in 1806 (my ancestors - witness and perhaps bond, bond says John Fearney); Nancy FEARNEYHOUGH to William MARTIN in 1812 (bond); and Agness FEARNEYHOUGH to Joseph GILBERT in 1817 (bond). Elizabeth's father is given as Thomas FEARNEYHOUGH, no father is given for the other two. Are any of these names familiar to you?
