Fearnleys in Lancashire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Yorkshire

Hello

If you go to website http://www.geocities.com/austinfearnley@btinternet.com/ you will find a brief lineage of Fearnleys in Warrington (after c1780).
Before that my ancestors were in Winwick (1675-c1780).
Before that in Latchford for one generation (Anthony)?
Before that in Great Budworth (<=1526-1616)?
Before that (1340-1526?) is a main area for further research.
Before that there were Fearnleys in Plumley(<1340?), which is about five miles east of Great Budworth.
Before that in Rostherne (c1250-<1340)?) which is close to Plumley.

There is also information given about Fearnleys in Derbyshire and Yorkshire in the thirteenth century.

My brother Edward (Eddie) carried out the Warrington family research before I joined him in this work. The Winwick history is a joint effort with me gathering much of the data at Manchester Central Library and Eddie sorting it into families and writing the story. The sections on the wills and data earlier than 1675 are mostly my work.

If you wish to make comments, add information or have questions, you can contact me or Eddie here at Genforum. Eddie has a much fuller history of the wider family mainly in warrington and winwick which will be available on request
