Before someone takes this post as fact, I ask the following questions for anyone's consideration to answer:
How can anyone who died in 1820 participate in the 1827 Georgia Land Lottery? I believe this gentleman died in 1835.
We know William Fears drew two lots of land for serving in the Revolutionary War. He and his wife Frances, not Anne, left Charlotte County, Virginia in 1822. When you review who could participate in the 1827 Georgia Land Lottery, why wasn't he entitled to at least three draws?
