It's good to see a FEARY forum! I come from a family of FEARYs that I've traced back to Berks Co., PA. Their descendants, so far, are traced to the Indianapolis area and Hancock Co., OH. Have not researched them any further down in time than the early 1900's. Back in PA the name is spelled many ways in records, making it very difficult to distinguish from the many FORRER, FERREE, FORREY, etc. names in that area. I feel that they are linked to some of these other families, but perhaps because of the various places they immigrated from, their spellings are different. Anyway, the FEARY spelling is very unique and scarce, making research a challenge.
