For those of you who are decended from Carl/Charles Feasler of Erie, PA and his wife, Rebecca Throne, I now have his baptism source and his line worked out back through 1708 in Friedrichstal, Karlsruhe, Baden, Germany.
Carl Philip Traumann Fussler was the son of Friedrich Fussler and his second wife, Margaretha Ittler/Idler. He was born in Friedrichstal and baptised in nearby Spock, on Jan. 5, 1810. He traveled to Baltimore aboard the brig: "Globe" in 1834. He traveled over land via wagons with a group from Frierichstal that included his cousin, Ernst Fussler and Ernst's wife and children, his half sister, Catherine Fussler and her husband Friedrich Gorenflo and their children and others. He married Rebecca Throne, in 1838. She was probably the daughter of Samuel Throne.
