I just spoke to my mother-in-law, who told her her Grandfather IS ACTUALLY Amos!!! Amos and Mary had a son, Frank Amos, who is her father. He married her mom, Helen Mabel Zerman, and they had 3 children, 1 of which died at around 15 months of age. She is buried in the Erie Cemetery, her name was Bonnie Louise Feasler. We are planning on making the trip to Erie the first week of August to do some research, because other than what I found out from your posts here, we know nothing. She didn't even know her grandfather owned a dry cleaning business!!! And tips you could give us, where to start, who to talk to, would be greatly appreciated. Frank left Helen when my mother-in-law (Darlene) was 5 for another woman, and they didn't have any contact with anyone in the family after that.
