Hello Erin!

Yes, I do know someone you know. Your Aunt Faith! She is my Director at work and I have been doing alot of research on her family for her. I love doing genealogy and I have actually found quite a bit on your family.

I have even traced your Martin side back to Switzerland and I have translated records from there. In Switzerland they were known as Martini and De Martini. The area they came from was San Antonio, Cantone Ticino. San Antonio was the town. Cantone Ticino was the district similar to a state or county. The people who settled there were from Italy, spoke Italian, but for political reasons became a part of Switzerland.

The Fecteau side is just as fascinating. From the Fecteau side you have French Canadian, Prussian, English and Irish ancestry.

I will send you the information that I have later in the week.

It is so great to hear from you!

P.S. I am sending this to you in email form, also.
