Hi Peter! Iam from the US, Have (had) granparents from KisDobrony (Fedaks) and Toke Terebes(Ivans). I am trying to find out more info on them, my parents are deceased, to understand my heritage. Sorry, I don't speak Csech or Slovak, but my dad did. My Fedak grandparents, Jeno, born 1884, and grandmother, Ilona, born 1889, were part of the Greek Catholic Church. They were married in KisDobrony before arriving in the US in 1910 to Ellis Island. My Ivan gradparents, Mihaly, born 1879, and his wife, Maria Furda, met in New Jersey and married in 1902.
