Looks like I may have something on your Thomas FEEHAN. This is what I obtained from LDS Film No. 1737976 of Naturalization records in MN:

occupation, farmer
hair dark grey; eyes brown
born Tipperary, Ireland on 6 Jan 1851
Now at Minot, North Dakota
Emmigrated from Queenstown, Ireland.
Ship not known as he was one year old.
Arrived at Port of New Orleans, Louisiana on 7 July 1852.
[document dated 27 June 1907]
