My husband is Philip Feehan and we have collected a great deal of information about Feehans in the U.S. We have several pages concerning Patrick Feehan who married Judith Cooney in 1825 in Ireland. They came to U.S. in 1850 and settled in St. Louis. There doesn't seem to be a connection with your Feehan-Cooney family, but I will be glad to provide more info if you think there is one.

Phillip/Philip is a name repeated through the generations in my husband's family. I
note in Social Security records that there is one who died in New Jersey in 1965. Have you any knowledge of his ancestry?

Joann Feehan
