Tee,
Thank you so much for answering my email. Colonel Joseph Brown is my fourth great grandfather, and I would love any information concerning him. I knew he was buried at Bullock's Creek Cemetery, but since I live in MS it is a bit difficult to research the family. I know that Col. Brown's son, Dr. Thomas Brown, died a few years after he married Prudence Feemster, but am trying to find out who her parents were, and if they had children.
Also, I am searching for the parents of Col. Brown. His father might be Stewart Brown. Colonel Brown named one of his sons Stewart. MY line come through Colonel Brown's daughter,Elizabeth Brown, who married Alexander Thompson. To research Browns and Thompsons is unbelievable due to the commoness of both surnames!
Whatever way is convenient for you to send me information is fine. My email is Djaneo@aol.com. Or you can contact me privately, and I will send you my snail mail address if you need it.
Gratefully,
Dorothy O'Neill
