The book "That Moving Clan" is, of course, out of print. I have a cousin who has a copy of it and my sister was able to locate a copy in a library somewhere that copied it for her (at $.20 per page.

The book chronicles the Samuel Feemster family who did, indeed, move from North and South Carolina. The other family (William Feemster) were called the "Stay At Home Clan".

I am a decendent of Samuel. We have tried to document him as being active in the Revolution but, so far, have been unable to do so. William served as a Captain in the war and that is documented.

If you are a decendent of "The Moving Clan" then we are kin - somewhere back there.
