Can anyone verify that this is John FEEMSTER mentioned in this Kings Creek deed in York District, SC in 1810? Where was John in 1820?

State of So Carolina York District

Pursuant to a Warrant from Francis Adams Esq. Commissioner of Locations in the District aforesaid Dated the 13th day of August 1810, I have administered? & laid out unto THADDEUS REED a Tract of Land containing Six Hundred & Seventy two Acres Situate in the said District on Wolf Creek a fork of Kings Creek, Waters of Broad River Bounded by lines Running S.E. by Lands Surveyed for Capt. James MEEK S.W. by vacant Land, N.W. by John FEEMSTERs? Land, N.E. by John POWELLs land, S.E. by Michael MARTINs land & hath such forms and Marks as the above plat Represents. Surveyed the 27th day of August 1810 by John Jackson Dept, Surveyor. Chain Carriers Nicholas Sandlin, Joseph Reed, R. Robert Laney? Recorded this 31st day of August 1810 by F. Adams CL
