Patricia, John Feeney is a common name in parts of County Galway & County Roscommon, & research of Irish documents is a bit piecemeal & not that easy. First I'd suggest as much info as you can get from US documents, such as Birth, Death, & Marriage Certs, Census, immigration, & naturalisation records. Your've given few names,no time periods for births, marriages, & no idea of the district they came from.
