Lost Feeney Sister of Watervliet, NY

I am looking for the siter of Michael Feeney of Davenport, Iowa. She is also the sister of Sarah (Feeney)Giblin of Davenport, Iowa.

According to the obituary of Mrs. John (Sarah Feeney) Giblin, who died Mar. 30, 1899, a sister lived in Watervliet. I do not know the married name of the sister. I hope someone of her family descendants may see this and help us solve this mystery of the lost Feeney sister.
Below is the excerpt...

"Deceased was born in County Sligo, Ireland in 1843. She was married there to John Giblin and they removed to this country in 1865, coming directly to this city where she has continued to reside ever since.
Besides her husband she is survived by six children, three sons, Michael, John, and Edward, and three daughters, Mrs. Wm. Houer, Mrs. Robert Hines, and Miss Anna Giblin, at home. She is also survived by a brother, Michael Feeney, of this city, two brothers in Ireland and a sister at Waterleit, N. Y."

Michael Feeney's obituary in 1917 did not indicate a sister living in Watervliet. She might have died between 1899-1917. Help is appreciated.
