Nothing new. I need some more information on the Currys and Margret Ellen Feese to know if Margret fits into our Fies/Fees line.
I haven't seen the Curry family Bible record published by the Adair Co Historical Society. Where did William Curry live? Were the Currys Dunkards like my Fees line was? Do any of Margret Ellen's children appear in the 1880 census? If so where does the census show that Margret Ellen was born? Did William and Margret Ellen name a son Jacob?
If the source of the marriage of William and Margret Ellen is the family Bible, then the date of that marriage must be recorded there. When were they married?
There is a lot of information needed from the Curry side of this equation that could help prove that Margret Ellen Feese is a sibling or cousin of our Fies/Fees/Feese family.
We have ten known Fies/Fees/Feese siblings now. Eight of them with baptismal records, two by other evdiences. The eldest appears to have stayed behind in Pennsylvania while the father and 9 children moved to North Carolina. From there the family split again, some going to Kentucky and some to Ohio.
Margret Ellen would be nubler 11.
