For those who don't have any training in Romance languages, here's a rough translation:

I would like to know the origin of my ancestors, born in Italy. My <grandfather?> was Saverio Felice, born between 1860 and 1890, who came to Brazil when he was 5 years old, child of his father Genaro Felice and his mother Lugia Leoni or Maria Leoni.
