Betty Fellers' book is pretty much confined to the descendents of Henry Feller(s), born 1789. It should prove useful if that is your line. I don't have a copy, but I have seen a copy in the library at Findlay, OH.

I have done extensive work with the Feller(s) family that came out of Northampton County, PA. I will be happy to help you figure out where you fit.
