The "Sophie" who married John Garmany was born Dec. 1767 and died in Dec. 1831, per tombstone in Newberry Co. SC. She is buried beside her husband in an enclosed plot on private land near Newberry, SC. Perhaps your "Sophie" is a neice of my "Sophie", through her father George. Do you have any records that might prove this relationship?
