Parker is not listed as Japhet and Charity Parker's child. But they did have a son named Japhet b. 1795/6 married Hannah _____. They had a son Evan (probable but not proven) b.1823 married Mary _________. Evan was apparently the male b. 1820-25, listed in Japhet's household in 1830 and 1840. I believe that the writer of this book assumed that Evan was Japhet's (jr) because he found Evan in the 1860 Census and could not place him in the household of Edward or John. Do you have the wife name of your Parker?
Cindy
