Thomas T. (Tavenner) was b. 8/20/1837 in Letart Twp, Meigs Co., OH; m. 8/6/1860, Lelia Ann Greenlee, b. 1844, Leon, WV d 1873 d/o Morgan & Eliza Jane(Greenlee) Greenlee. Could they have been cousins?
Morgan Greenlee was a descendant of William Greenlee of Ireland who settled in Botetourt Co., Va in 1766;Eliza Jane was a descendant of Edward who arrived in America after 1771 and c. 1800 located in Mason Co., WV, with William Greenlee, his probable brother. Edward's grandson, William Greenlee, was b 1816 in Charleston, Kanawha Co., WV, and married Harriet Sayre (half-sister of Thomas)

Thomas married 2nd, by 1900 Ellen (?) b. 1866, WV; 1900 they lived in Union Twp, Mason Co., WV.

No Children were listed.
I have some information from the book as to how Thomas may have gotten his middle name and I will email it to you.
There is quite a bit of information on this line if you would like me to email to you.

Samuel was Thomas's father.
