Dear Nancy, I am fairly sure that he was not Canadian, but only worked for the Railroad in Canada. That is a great idea though. I am just so frustrated because I have to send away for records that may not even exist, and records offices still charge for looking. And I am on an extremely limited income.

Maybe I should start playing the lottery! If I won, I afford to hire someone to find out about him!
