Dennis Ferebee born in 1800's NC

I am in search of information regarding the Ferebee surname. I am in the process of tracing my roots and I can go back as far my distant Grandparents: Dennis Ferebee and Emily "Emma" Ferebee-Williams which dates back to their marriage in the mid 1800's.

I also know that we have family traces in NC: Perquimans County, Pasquotank County, Currituck County, and possibly Camden & Chowan Counties.
VA: Norfolk, Chesapeake

If you have any information I would like to hear from you. As well if you doing some searching yourself maybe our paths crossed somewhere in the past and we can help one another out.
