Please join us for the 'Gathering' of all the many descendants of Francis FERGUS (b. 1752 Co Tyrone, IRE - d. 1841 White Co, TN)and all related families. We'll be meeting in Cookeville, Putnam Co, TN to share photographs, stories, genealogy, and continue to restoration of the DITTY/Fergus Cemetery where Francis and related family members are buried. Of course there will be a picnic in the park and an evening of talks and slides by various Fergus descendants. Topics will include information about Francis' migration in America from PA to Augusta to Rockbridge Co. to the Rock House near Newbern-VA, Fergus genealogy in Co Tyrone-IRE, Francis' brother James from Broadkiln Hundred-Sussex Co-DE, and an update on the more than 8,000 persons connected to our immigrant ancestor! For more information check out the website.
