I understood that the mother of Moses FERGUSON b 1687 is Martha BAUGH. See for example AAnderson's data at

There are other people who say his mother is Mary RUDD. What information do you have on Robert FERGUSSON and Mary Elizabeth SMIGH?

My interest in this family is as administrator of the FERGUSON DNA Project. DNA testing to date has shown the following three lines are related but we don't know how:

1. John S. Ferguson 1650 - 1717 Essex Co., VA
...+Ann Stubbleson 1660 - 1735
2. Douglas Ferguson b. 1788, VA
3. Moses Ferguson of Henrico Co., VA
