Tobias Fernald who died on the USS Constitution

Wondering if anyone has further information on Tobias Fernald and Abigail Chambers. I know Tobias died on the Constitution in 1815, but I am trying to find basic family information, like where they were from, if anyone has pictures of gravestones or where the homes used to be. I'm just getting into this, so all I have is a family line with names, and I'd very much appreciate any interesting tidbits that anyone else has.

This is what I have so far...if anyone who knows the Fernald history could go over this and let me know if I have anything wrong, I'd be very grateful!
