Amanda, In my database is a Walter (Delore?) Ferren, born ca 1921, son of Walter Earl and Ruth (Butler) Ferren. Siblings include Violet, Johnny, Charles.

Walter Earl Ferren, born ca 1897, died 1939 (drowned). He lived in Grants Pass and Cottage Grove, OR; Mountain View, CA; and Washington state. Served US Army WW1.

Walter Earl Ferren was the son of Walter Monroe Ferren, b. ca 1860 in MO, died December 21, 1933 in Oregon City, OR, and Nettie M. Bineger, b. 1870 in Idaho, died April 1961 in Oregon City, OR. 1920 Josephine County, OR census indicates Walter Earl Ferren was age 24 and his siblings included George H, age 28; Merle W, age 18; Frank M., age 7. Also living in the Walter Monroe Ferren home was Ruth, daughter in law, age 18.
