O Little Town of Fetterman

Does anyone know of a town called Fetterman, West Virginia? It apparently was a whistlestop on the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad line. I suspect it was in the north-central part of the state -- perhaps near Grafton and perhaps even under the dammed-up Tygart Lake. A West Virginia military history says the first Federal soldier killed in the Civil War died there.
