Dear Rudy,
I´ve got your mail. Thanks a lot. The village you mean is spelled Gnarrenburg and it´s only a few miles away from the village where I´ve grown up.
I looked in the telephone directory and found a lot of Gieschen and Garms. If you would like to have the adresses of them please give me an e-mail-adress of you. I won´t type the adresses here, because everyone can read them.
A street in Gnarrenburg is also called "Bürgermeister-Garms-Strasse" (Mayor-Garms-Street).
Are you sure that the name Glaymeyer is spelled correctly? I didn´t found and know it. A friend of mine is called Glameyer. This name exist.
I hope, that I could help you. Please contact me if there is anything other you would like to know.
Jon
