Dear Lee,

I probably have good news for you.
My grandmother Anita Fick, born Haack, is still living in Odisheim. My father is grown up in a village called Bülkau. Itīs only five kilometers from Odisheim and two kilometers from the village Oppeln where my father had his confirmation in 1958. Itīs a very smal village with about 200 inhabitants. The only pub is owned by my grand-aunt.
I think my grandfather Wilhelm Fick was born in Cadenberge.
I will ask my father in order to get more informations, but I think that you have found a member of your family in me.
