I have been looking into the lineage of property which I am purchasing in Triangle, VA. I ran across both names in a deed search. They lived in Quantico, VA around Triangle. They owned at least 100 plus acres there of which some became part of Quantico in 1918. They originally bought the old Ennis Farm property sometime around the 1880s or 90s recorded in land deed book 41 pages 48-49. I have not finished looking up the deeds at the Prince William courthouse in Mannassas. They sold land here and there until there was about 90 acres left which Mary E. Fick transfered to John Francis and Lucille Fick 9 March 1938. She continued to live in her house there until probably her death in 1942. I believe John F. Fick III who lives in Fredericksburg is a direct relative. He would know more than I. Look him up.
