Several notations in old books list Valentine Sr and his son, Isaac Sr, as signing for duty in the Revolutionary War.
DAR has refused to recognize them saying Valentine Sr was too old and Isaac Sr paid too many fines to be considered a PATRIOT. Years ago, they had been accepted in DAR, but the new research team demands more information or proof.

Has anyone seen a record of any kind of "patriotism" for Isaac Sr or old Valentine Sr?
