Hi Jim
Yes, I have that as her birthdate, too, from the census. In the 1860 census there is a James E. Page (or Edwin J. Page - he used both) living with the Ficket family. He is my gggrandfather and we know he married a Mary E. (---). I am taking a great leap of faith here and thinking that this is the Mary E. (---) that he married. E's and F's can be mistaken, but also, her mother's maiden name began with an E. They were both about 20 at that census, so I have been putting 2 and 2 together and hopefully coming up with 4. I have that she died about 1876 in Livermore, Androscoggin, ME. He married for a second time in 1878, but I am descended from Mary E. (---). I hope to get up to Livermore next summer and do some digging.
Do you need any other information?
Thanks, Judy
