German Fidlers
There seems to be a wealth of knowledge for the Fidler's who were british, but nothing on the German Fidlers.I did have one person check a Fidler book for me recently for my great great grandparents, John and Matilda (Kimmer) Fidler, but found nothing.Does anyone have a John Fidler in their tree that was born approx. 1886?Most likely in PA and probably the Philadelphia area, although I have not proven that.He and his wife Tillie did give birth to their son Alfred in Philadelphia in 1906 according to his delayed birth certificate, yet they are not listed in the city index for that year.Any help appreciated!I have been searching for several years now with no clues!!!
