My paternal grandmother married Glen Frank Fiegel sometime in 1920-1935. Her name was Myrtle Gladys. Her maiden surname was Stroud.
Her first husband, Charles A. Clark, died in march 1921. Her son by that marriage was Raymond Elwood Clark, B. August 30, 1920.
Glen was born June 08, 1894 in or around Dane County, WI. During WWI, he was in the Army in an engineer Battallion. After the war he located in Wyoming for a while. He then moved to Bonner County, Idaho and worked operating a bulldozer pulling a non-motorized road grader. He maintained the dirt roads of Bonner County. Myrtle taught in the one-room school house at Hope, Idaho
for a while. They then moved to the Spokane Valley in Washington. He worked for a lumber mill and she had two more children, Darlene and Gladene. Any information on Glen's ancestry would be appreciated. He had a brother named Earl and it is believed his father's name was Frank. Contact me at e-mail
dajo12@earthlink.net. Thank you for your help.
Dale
