Lucinda "Lucy" FIERS, b: 1798 was the daughter of William FIERS, Jr. & his wife Elizabeth SPENCER, who was the daughter of Edmund & Mary SPENCER. Lucinda's parents were married December 13, 1787 in Southampton Co., VA. Were both of their families lived. Her father, William FIERS, Jr., was the son of William & Lucy FIERS. My first documentation for Wm & Lucy is in 1765 in Sussex Co., VA.
