My family name is Figaro. It was originally Ficara. In doing my genealogy search for my great-grandfather I found an Angelo Ficara who arrived in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 14,1903 on the SS Mosselia. It states that he was from Corleone,Sicily. It also states that he had a brother Giuseppe Ficara in Napoleonville, Louisiana.

I am not sure if this is a relative of mine or not. My great-grandfather Giovanni Ficara died some time between 1910 and 1920 and no in our family knew much about him.

Hope this is helpful.
