John Figg 1740+-1839 Va. to Ky.

Looking for birthplace, siblings, parents, & ancestry of John Figg b. ca. 1740-50 where?
His first wife name unk. was supposedly from Ireland or of Irish descent according to family tradition, but who was she & when & where were they married?
John may have been a Quaker at Bullskin/Berkeley M.M. three & a half miles S.W. of Charlestown or at Hopewell Friends in Frederick Co.,Va.
By 1st wife, he had at least 3 sons...
1. Seely/Seeli/Cely b. May 4, 1776 Va.
2. James b. ca. 1778
3. William b. 1775-80
Were they any other children?
John married 2nd Mar. 13, 1792 Berkeley Co.,
Va. to Elizabeth Mitchell. They along with most of both sets of children went to Shelby & Nelson Cos.,Ky.
Could John be a part of the Fegs who lived in Berks Co.,Pa. or could he be a part of the Figg family who settled early 1636-1800 in York, Gloucester, Middlesex, Prince George & King William Cos.,Va. ?
Any clues or help from anyone would be greatly appreciated to help solve this 40 yr.
old puzzle.
